Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy describes conduct that is prohibited when using the InsightPaint contractor platform (the “Service”). It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited activities

• Violating any law or regulation, or infringing others’ intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with another tenant’s data or account, or bypassing tenant isolation and access controls.
• Uploading malware, or attempting to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling the Service except as permitted by law.
• Sending unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to customers through the Service, or violating telemarketing/anti-spam laws.
• Storing or transmitting content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing.
• Using the Service to process payments for prohibited or high-risk activities not permitted by our payment processors.

2. Messaging & customer communications

When you send email or SMS to your customers through the Service, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent, honoring opt-outs, and complying with applicable communications laws. You must not use the Service to send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from your business.

3. Fair use

The Service may apply reasonable limits to protect performance and prevent abuse (for example, on storage, message volume, or API activity). We may contact you about unusual usage and, where necessary, apply temporary limits.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this Policy or create risk for the Service or other users. Where practical we will provide notice, but we may act immediately when necessary to protect the Service or others.
